We currently ship from Hong Kong. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by destination and customs.

• Hong Kong local: typically 2–5 business days after dispatch.
• International: typically 7–21 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
• Pre-order: items marked PRE-ORDER ship after production. Estimated windows will be confirmed by email after payment.
• Shipping fees (if any) are shown or confirmed before / with your Antom (Alipay / AlipayHK / Visa) checkout. Import duties and taxes in the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility.

After dispatch, tracking details will be sent to the email used at checkout when available.

• Approved returns for damaged / incorrect items may be refunded or replaced after we receive and inspect the returned goods.
• Change-of-mind returns may be accepted for unused items in original packaging within 7 days of delivery; return shipping is paid by the buyer unless we agree otherwise.
• Hygiene-sensitive or limited / final-sale items may be non-returnable unless faulty — we will state this when relevant.
• Refunds are issued to the original Alipay / AlipayHK / card payment method after approval, usually within 5–10 business days.
